Hi, I'm Alexis.

Where to begin?! As a lifelong athlete & foodie, I began my dietetics career in hopes of helping others unlock the healthiest version of themselves. Somewhere along the way, I discovered the healthiest version of YOU is irrespective of what you eat. Ironic for a dietitian, isn't it?! Health & wellness are multidimensional, and I believe the approach to nutrition therapy should reflect just that! As a piece of your overall health puzzle, food & nutrition should be a gateway to overall physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing.  My greatest passion in this field is walking alongside others as they discover true food freedom & a lasting home in their body.
